Dr. Yavorek is a native of the Scranton area and has been practicing in central Pennsylvania since 1991. He attended Jefferson Medical College and finished his residency in General Surgery at St. Elizabeth's Hospital of Boston. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons.
